Policies:

The Edwardian Inn is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than twenty four hours notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.  A two (2) week cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.

Children are welcome at the Edwardian Inn.  It is very important that the privacy of other guests and the integrity of this historic home and furnishings be respected at all times.  Therefore, it is assumed that adults accompanying children will provide supervision of their children throughout their stay at the Edwardian Inn.  The expectation is for responsible adults to prevent children from handling delicate décor and from carrying food and drink in the areas of custom draperies, table coverings, upholstered furnishings, and custom bed coverings.    The responsible adult will be held responsible for any damages caused by children in their care.
