Hotel Terms & Policies

Booking Requirements

  • All bookings must be made by an individual at least 21 years of age, who will be considered the lead guest.

  • The lead guest is responsible for all cancellations, non-arrivals, and damages caused by the booking party.

  • Only the lead guest and named booking party are permitted to use the property and facilities. Third-party visitors require express permission.

Deposit and Payments

  • A deposit equal to the first night's stay for each reserved room is required to confirm the reservation.

  • The remaining balance is due upon check-in.

  • We accept credit cards, debit cards, check, and cash payments.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • For individual bookings, cancellations made at least 48 hours before arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit, minus a $10 processing fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit the deposit.

  • For group bookings (5 or more rooms), cancellations made at least 30 days before arrival will receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations made between 14 and 29 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the entire deposit.

  • No-shows or early departures will be charged the full amount of the reserved stay.

 
 
 
 

Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Late check-ins must be arranged in advance.

  • Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur additional charges.

 
 
 

Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards other guests, staff, and the property.

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

  • Smoking tobacco is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and common areas. Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided.

  • Marijuana smoking is only permitted for guests with valid prescriptions or medical marijuana ID cards in designated outdoor areas.

  • Pets are not allowed, except for service animals with proper documentation.

  • Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

 
 

WiFi Usage

  • Complimentary WiFi is provided for guests' fair and appropriate use.

  • The WiFi is intended for general use, such as web browsing, email, and social media. It is not suitable for heavy streaming, gaming, or large downloads/uploads.

  • Illegal activities or use of the network for illegal purposes are strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities.

 
 

Damages and Lost Property

  • Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay.

  • Accidental damages must be reported immediately to minimize repair costs.

  • Lost keys will incur a $30 replacement fee.

  • Lost personal items will be held for 30 days. Shipping costs for returned items are the guest's responsibility.

Parking

  • Complimentary on-site parking is provided for guests.

  • The Edwardian Inn is not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss involving guest vehicles.

Legal Compliance and Non-Discrimination

  • We comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

  • We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or any other legally protected status.

Consequences of Policy Violations

  • Guests who violate these policies may be subject to additional charges, immediate termination of their stay, and/or legal action.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who fails to comply with our policies.
